It gives a brief introduction to blues, giving a big hook. It then talks about its African influence and talks about a Griot which could've been the first person to play blues. Then the article talks about influencial musicians. The intended audiance is probably blues musicians themselves, and the casual reader. This relates to my reaserch by getting a better understanding of who started playing blues.
